Paul qualified as a physiotherapist from AUT in 2010 having spent over fifteen years working in health and sports science.

Paul specializes in musculoskeletal and neurological re-habilitation handling a wide variety of people from stroke patients to competitive tri-athletes. In addition to being a Physiotherapist, Paul is also one of an elite group of American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) personal trainers in New Zealand. This allows Paul to combine hands- on manual therapy with specialized one-on-one exercise programs designed to speed- up recovery and return the patient to their former health and fitness faster than they thought possible.

Paul is available Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 1pm until 5pm and can be contacted on 021 2244333.
